Dershowitz is a good lawyer and knows enough not to put himself at legal risk of withholding evidence. More than likely these emails; assuming they exist, are part of some court action and while he can say they exist he can’t say what is in them.
Notice how animated Dershowitz got when the anchor asked him about this. He was jumping out of his seat - because he knows it's true. If there were emails that exonerated him there is nothing on earth that would keep him from revealing them.
What kind of court action would prevent their release? If there was some court file under seal for some unimaginable reason, he could move the court to release them - but he hasnt.
He has been accused of being a pedofile. There is nothing worse. He would have every right to reveal those emails to rebut thar very damning charge -but he hasnt- because they dont exist.
He's just waiting for his big bucks buddy Epstein to pay of these women so he can get a letter of 'exoneration' from them.
Also, why would these women accuse the most famous lawyer in America of such a charge, if it wasnt true. If they were going to make up charges, Dont you think they would pick a less formidable adversary?
